Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski is proud to be nominated for the Ballon d’Or. and hope that their success in the past two years will allow them to win the award.
The 33-year-old Polish star has been in excellent form for the past two years, and last year he was a favorite to win the Ballon d’Or. But in the end, heartbroken because the organizer canceled the award due to the Covid-19 problem.

“If I get an award, it means a lot to me. That I won the Champions League, Super Cup, Club World Cup, breaking Gerd Muller’s 41 Bundesliga record, it was a huge achievement. It’s something that makes me proud and happy. Everyone has seen what I can and continues to do.”
